• The team captain is the responsible person for subscribing the team and the main person we will contact in case we will have questions.
• Please enter the team captain first in the form below.
• The ISAC number is the number you use to communicate with us (the same number you used for payment). It is a number between 23000 and 23600. We will use that to properly match you with the inscription, so provide the correct one.
• A team consists of a minimum of 3 dogs and a maximum of 4 dogs.
• A team can consist of only small dogs or a mix of medium & intermediate dogs (the intermediate dogs will jump on their own height of 50cm).
